Woman shared her blessing to an old PWD vendor earned praises from the netizen

A woman earned praises from the netizens after helping an old PWD or person with a disability who she encountered inside a jeepney in Pampanga.

According to the Facebook post of the concerned netizen named “Armhyn Garcia Sarmiento” who was one of the passengers and witnessed the event, a woman from Maligaya, Sta Rita Pampanga helped a senior citizen and a vegetable vendor known as “Apo o Lola Maria. The said good samaritan gave the old lady a P1000.

As the old lady said, despite her age she still sells vegetables in front of the Guagua municipal hall in Pampanga. She sells until 8 in the evening. Aside from this, the senior citizen is also a PWD or person with a disability who also had pains in the body.

The old lady also shared that she hadn’t received her pension because she has been removed from the program.

This is the reason why the concerned citizen who shared this on social media is saddened by the fact that those who have more needs, are the ones taken for granted by the government and private sectors.

Rita, Pampanga.”

The Facebook user took social media to call help for the senior citizen. This post touched the heart of many. Here are some of their reactions:
