Although serving only as support on the hosts, Jackie Gonzaga or better known as “Ate Girl” managed to create her own fandom.
Jackie is one of the dancers of the noontime show It’s Showtime and eventually, Vice Ganda gives her some exposures and started to create her name on showbiz.
But there are some fans who got disappointed saying Ate Girl’s nice outfit during the first day of the segment “Mr. Q and A”, are just wasted.
It’s Showtime’s newest segment is the male version of “Miss Q and A”.
Jackie is the one who holds the fishbowl containing the questions while Ion Perez or “Kuya Escort” is the usher for the contestants.
On it’s pilot segment, Ion and Jackie changed roles, having Ion on the fishbowl and Jackie who is then wearing a pink gown serves as the usherette.
Jackie’s fans took Twitter to express their dismay on Vice Ganda about letting Jackie mostly out of exposure.
“Sayang lang ng mga magandang outfits ni ate girl Jackie kung taga HATID SUNDO lang sya ng candidates [sad emoji]”
Another also emphasized that what they did was not fair.
While there’s one netizen stated that the “boyfie” referring to Ion and was linked to Vice Ganda was the one given much weighed.

These thoughts apparently made Vice irritated. On Vice’s tweet, he expressed his annoyance.
“Yan ang hirap sa inyo! Binigyan na nga ng exposure ung idolo nyo di pa kayo makuntento!
“Aba baka sa sususnod iutos nyo ng sya ang gawing main host! Abusado!!!”
Meanwhile, Vice asked her fans which she called Little Ponies to refrain from having any word war on social media.
“Sa mga fans (?) ko na nagpapalaganap ng negativity sa twitter utang na loob wag nyong gamitin ang larawan ko sa profile pic o header nyo!!! Wala akong fans na nega! My LITTLE PONIES are fun and kind!!!”
Of course, the comedian’s supporters showed their love and support to their idol Vice.
