Mon Confiado seems so proud of his international movies.

Mon Confiado isn’t only preparing for the release of his new Korean film “The Golden Holiday.”


The seasoned actor is again the main character in a foreign movie, following his lead role in the 2017 U.S. film, Stateside.

On the “Stateside,” He eventually found love in the character played by American actress Olivia Hultgren.


Hultgren provided a refreshing ambiance to the film with her pretty face and charming blue eyes, and of course, with her convincing acting.

And just recently, Mon shared on his social media account some photos of him with Olivia.

Mon captioned his post as he encountered once again his former leading lady.


Meanwhile, Mon is preparing for another upcoming international movie.

Mon was also cast in the American movie “Turncoat” led by Italian actress Annaluisa Capasa under the direction of Filipino-American indie filmmaker Marcial Chavez.


The movie is about a mild-mannered man who lives a happy and quiet life with his Italian wife in LA. Suddenly mysterious people tell him he was a former hitman in Manila.

According to Confiado’s post, the synopsis is as follows:

Is this a case of mistaken identity or he has a history no one knows about? He must confront his violent past.

The Turncoat sneak peek images reveal intense scenes with Confiado wielding a gun, giving a thrilling action vibe.

Although the Filipino actor shared some of the details of his suspense-action film, the release date of the movie is still undisclosed.

Mon  is known for his iconic role as Emilio Aguinaldo in the historical films “Heneral Luna” and “Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral.”
