As humans, emotional health is an essential part of our overall well-being.
Almost overnight, social distancing, quarantining, and self-isolating have become buzzwords.
A stay-at-home order means, stay home. Only go out for necessary items like food and medical care.
And that’s what celebrity couple Joshua Zamora and Jopay Paguia did during the quarantine.
They are spending the quarantine at home with their young daughter Alessa.
Joshua, who is part of the popular ’90s dance group Manoeuvres, is a certified Zumba instructor and has been holding his classes online.
Jopay, who is part of the popular group SexBomb Girls, launched her online business which sells honey, choco banana bread, sashimi, and other snacks like adobong mani, squash seeds, sunflower seeds, mixed nuts, Cornick, beer nuts, butong pakwan, sweet Sampaloc, spicy Sampaloc, sweet beans, and green peas.
The two are also very busy in keeping their daughter Alessa productive even while at home.
And just recently, the two celebrated their sixth year anniversary.
They posted their simple celebration in their respective social media accounts.
The quarantine made their bond more enjoyable.
As they eat dinner together, they bond over a home mani-pedi.
They also went swimming in their backyard.
Joshua also reunited online with Gary Valenciano and his dance group the Manoeuvres to celebrate the birthday of their choreographer Uriel.
The longtime couple tied the knot in Fernwood Gardens in Quezon City, June 6, 2014.
The celebrity dancers exchanged vows more than two years after their original planned wedding date.
Before they got married in June 2014, Zamora and Paguia briefly separated earlier that year. At the time, they had been a couple for seven years.
In 2015, Zamora shared a collage showing the first ultrasound image of the baby and an apparently emotional Paguia at a clinic.
