Vhong Navarro is in tears while answering Vice Ganda’s question, what he wanted to say to destiny.
There is definitely such a thing as Fate. One man is born a natural athlete, another is born without legs. This is Fate.
‘Destiny’ is simply another term for Fate, only it usually applies to the future.
Fate, it had to happen. Big forces are involved, and there is nothing one can do to alter things.
It’s a great list of questions to get an intellectually stimulating discussion going and touches on a lot of different people.
Does fate exist? If so, do we have free will?
And that’s what became the topic in a recent episode of Its Showtime.
Vice Ganda asks the contestant what he wanted to ask or say to destiny.
The contestant then emotionally answer Vice’s question.
He said that he wanted to ask “destiny” to give him his happiness.
He wanted “destiny” to tell his parents to also asks him if what makes him happy.
As he grew older making most of his time fulfilling his parent’s happiness.
Vice then gave him advice, saying that he’s the one who can make himself happy.
So he just had to do those things that he really wanted because he really deserves it.
Meanwhile, Vice turns to Vhong and ask him the same question about destiny.
Surprisingly, Vhong also answered emotionally.
“Ang tadhana kasi ano Vice, mapaglaro, hindi mo alam kung ano yung susunod na mangyayari sayo,” Vhong said.
He added, “Basta ako kung ano yung mga darating kakapit lang ako dun.”
“Dahil meron akong paniniwala na may mga pagsubok, may mga lubak kang dadaanan pero sa dulo nun tutuwid at tutuwid din ang daan.”
“At alam kong malalagpasan ko na.”
